Network expansion · France & international
A 160 m² club, five infrared cabins, open 24/7, with no permanent staff. Two pilot clubs run directly by us in Paris, five territories already reserved.
No promise of revenue or profitability. Financial information is set out in the pre-contractual disclosure document, provided 20 days before any commitment.
What the franchisee operates
The format was designed to be replicated: a compact footprint, an identical layout from one club to the next, and operations that do not depend on a team being on site at all times.
Access control, badges and QR codes. Members let themselves in, at any hour, with no staff needed.
Bookings, memberships and payments. The entire purchase journey is digital.
Guided sessions streamed in the cabins, produced and updated by the franchisor.
Occupancy, attendance, cohorts. The same KPIs across the whole network.
The business model, rethought
Costs, revenue, operations: everything has been rethought to deliver structurally higher profitability and faster replication.
Indicative industry orders of magnitude, for illustrative comparison only. Spark Club figures come from the pilot model; traditional gym figures are market averages. These figures are neither a promise nor a guarantee of results.
Path to profitability
At our company-owned pilot club in Paris, break-even was reached in under 3 months, whereas a high-performing gym typically gets there in 18 to 24 months.
Data observed at a pilot club owned and operated by the franchisor. It illustrates the model’s potential under deliberately unfavourable conditions; it does not predict the results of a future franchisee and is neither a promise nor a guarantee of profitability. The “traditional gym” curve is an illustrative industry benchmark. Each candidate prepares their own financial forecast, with the help of their accountant and under their sole responsibility, based on the information provided in the Pre-contractual Disclosure Document (DIP).
The territory register
Each Spark club operates an exclusive territory defined in the contract. We only work with one candidate at a time per territory, and we would rather wait for the right one than fill the map.
Reserved territory ≠ open club. A reservation agreement gives a candidate six months’ priority to find premises, progress their financing and present a project. The fee paid is credited against the entry fee if the franchise agreement is signed.
What already exists
The concept isn’t sold off a floor plan. It has been running in Paris since March 2025, and the Bellini club serves as the training centre for future franchisees.

Bellini (Paris 16th), opened in March 2025, and Sentier (Paris 2nd). The network’s operational lab and training centre.
Spark Club®, INPI no. 24 5047833, class 41. The franchisee operates a protected brand, not an improvised sign.
The episode aired in February 2026 and ended with Anthony Bourbon investing in the company. National visibility that directly helps recruit members when a club opens.

What it costs to join the network
Entry costs are public: they tell you straight away whether the project is within reach. What we do not publish are earnings projections in your name. Those are set out in the pre-contractual disclosure document, with their assumptions. That is the legal framework, and the only honest way to present them.
Entry package · paid once
On top of this come the cabins, building works, fit-out and the premises deposit. Total investment for a 160 m² model club: around €330,000, of which roughly one third is personal contribution, depending on the bank terms obtained.
Royalties · during operation
A fixed minimum applies to the royalty in the first year, then changes over time. Local advertising is a fixed amount for the first six months of operation, while the club builds its member base. Full details are in the franchise agreement, provided with the DIP.
From first call to opening day
Thirty minutes by video call to understand your project, your territory and your financing capacity. We tell you frankly whether the plan makes sense.
A day at the Bellini club: real operations, the cabins, the tools, the attendance figures. You meet the founders.
You receive the pre-contractual disclosure document and the draft agreement. They contain the full business model, the assumptions, the state of the network and the identified risks.
A mandatory legal waiting period. We encourage you to spend it with your lawyer and your accountant, and we remain available to answer their questions.
Finding and approving the premises, arranging bank financing, then signing the franchise agreement. A territory reservation can secure your area during this phase.
Fit-out to our specifications, initial training in Paris, a pre-opening campaign, then a supported launch.
We won’t sell you a profitability figure
We are happy to share what our own clubs have actually achieved: that is observed data, not a projection in your name. You will build your forecast with your accountant, based on the DIP and your market. We won’t sign it for you: a franchisor who guarantees a result is setting you up for a dispute.

Frequently asked questions
We will call you back within 48 working hours. The first conversation is to check that the project stands up, on your side as well as ours. If it doesn’t, we will tell you straight away.
